May 2010 Pride Booth

FOW President Cris Stormfox Carl leads the Wissatinnewag table at the Northampton 29th Annual LGBT Pride Parade and Rally event held May 1st 2010 in Northampton, Massachusetts. With over 15,000 people in attendance and 80+ degree sunny weather, the FOW table along with 41 Non-Profits and 65 For Profits

booths, made the day an exciting and entertaining place to spend Saturday afternoon. Hundreds of people stopped by the booth to learn more about our history, our mission and to donate money towards our beautiful tee-shirts and freshly ground Pierce Brothers Wissatinnewag Wake-Up blend coffee.

Not only was it a spectacular day for a festival with food, music and rally speakers, it was a perfect day for Cris and wife, Pam to spread knowledge and raise needed dollars for continuing our work protecting Native American sacred sites.
